50 Days of Easter
Easter for Christians is not just one day, but rather a 50-day period. The season of Easter, begins at sunset on the eve of Easter and ends on Pentecost, the day we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit and the birth of the Church.
Easter is also more than just an extended celebration of the resurrection of Jesus. Continue Reading

We can’t wait to share this music with you
‘a tree falls in the forest’ is an exploration of our connection with trees and forests through captivating repertoire spanning diverse composers and perspectives. Through this music, we reflect on how uniquely special a forest stroll can be, the serene majesty of a winter woodland or the vibrant beauty of late November foliage, and remember how easy it is to miss it all if we don’t take a moment to take it in, to listen.
Our program features works by Katerina Gimon, Sherryl Sewepagaham, Andrew Balfour, Mel Braun, Don MacDonald, and Dale Trumbore, as well as a new work written for us by our composer-in-residence Ben Sigerson.

Updates on Knox’s
Strategic (Ministry) Plan
If you attended Knox’s ACM in February, you had a chance to hear about (and vote on) Knox’s Strategic Plan. Sometimes also called a Ministry Plan, this plan is being developed to keep us focused and efficient while we strive to live out God’s vision for us with smaller budgets and an aging congregation.
During the ACM, the Knox congregation voted on 5 goals — 2 of which are administrative, and which will be mostly handled by staff members and relevant teams. The other 3 goals are vision and spirit led, and will enliven our life at Knox while we navigate the realities of living in the southwest corner of Vancouver in this post-pandemic time. READ MORE
