     When I first step foot into Knox in 2017, it was largely because of an Irish tenor named Emmet Cahill, whom many of you will know given that he has performed twice at the church (that and he is undeniably good).

     So two days prior to his first concert, I went to see what Knox was like, but that’s not what this entry is about.

     Those of you who know Cahill may know that he’s part of a male vocal group called Celtic Thunder, where you’d hear grand renditions of some of his songs. Of course, there is the female counterpart called Celtic Woman, where you’d hear equally grand renditions of well-known songs. The biggest difference between the two groups is that one has an exclusive violinist.

     I published this guitar interpretation piece I did last month, honouring their styles.
