“ Have Courage! ” 

Based on 1 Samuel 16:1-13 – God Calls David

       God saw David’s big heart and chose him for his service. David served God, as a warrior, by fighting a series of battles in his life. Win or lose, throughout it all, David’s faithfulness to God never wavered and ultimately won God’s favour. God calls us into a series of battles to fight in our life. To serve God and the world well, we are to fight our battles with faithfulness and courage as God’s warriors.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and put a new and right spirit within me.
