A Free Community Event
We invite you to come together for a special support-style sharing circle, Candlelight Sharing Circle, for those who are finding this time of year hard and for those who wish to share a space with a compassionate ear and an open heart.
We will open our circle by lighting a candle each to honor those we have lost, as well as our thoughts, feelings, and memories. After that, we will invite participants to share what is on their hearts in a supportive space that allows thoughts, feelings, and memories to be heard. Our sharing will take place by gentle candlelight, and you are welcome to bring your candle home after the event to continue your act of sharing and remembrance.
We welcome anyone in the Vancouver area to attend in person who may be experiencing any type of life transition, loss, or grief. There is no requirement to share, and confidentiality will be strictly maintained. The event is free to the community however we are happy to accept a small donation for your candle should you wish.
This event will be facilitated by Tracy-Lynn of River & Pine Expressive Arts Therapy. Tracy is currently specializing in working with seniors, as well as those experiencing grief. Find more about Tracy and Expressive Arts Therapy on her website riverandpineexat.com
