Join us for this workshop series where we will learn three creative meal ideas, one each month, led by two fun foodies from Vancouver’s West End.
Traditionally a supper club is a well-established restaurant that also serves as a social place. We’re thrilled to have Steph and Dave take this idea virtually and create a monthly workshop especially for KnoxVan Events. Enthusiastic home cooks can meet with each other virtually from their own kitchens and learn some new recipes and cook along side these pros!
Workshop Dates & Themes
October 30: Mix and Match Meal Prep
This week using our ingredients gathered Steph and Dave will lead the group in exploring meal prep ideas and how to tailor a week’s worth of lunches in an approachable and tasty way.
November 20: Soups On!
For the second workshop Steph and Dave will share their favorite soup recipe cooked in a slow cooker or pressure cooker!
December 11: Sunday Feast!
Sous Vide Pork and Mushroom Risotto For the last workshop Steph and Dave are pulling out all the stops with this amazing and comfort-style meal.

After this date, the deadline for individual workshops is 1 week before each workshop.
How it will work
The Monday, a week before the workshop, KnoxVan Events will email you with all the information you need including ingredients and materials needed. We will also include the Zoom link in this email and any further instructions needed. Then, on the appropriate date at 6:30PM sign in to join us!
About the Facilitators
Stephanie and Dave are a fun-loving couple living in Vancouver. The two have taken their passion for everything food and have quickly become the go-to people to learn tips and tricks as well as talk everything food. They run their own culinary Instagram account (@dandscuisine) where they highlight delicious meals and talk about their weekly meal prep and test recipes. They recently took part in a virtual cooking contest and look forward to running Supper Club and getting to know those that join.
