Jesus Transfigured
Based on Mark 9:2-9
Jesus was transfigured to the fullness of glory, revealing the fullness of God. As followers of Jesus Christ, we are to embrace the light of Christ and to refract and shine his light to the world.

Call to Worship (from Psalm 50:1-6)
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
God speaks and summons the earth from the rising of the sun to its setting.
Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God shines forth.
God calls to the heavens above and to the earth: God gathers the faithful ones, who made a covenant with God by sacrifice!
The heavens declare God’s righteousness, for God is just and might.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord, our God!
