A Free Community Event
This is a community event – all are welcome!
Any type of snowflake is welcome but please ensure it has a sturdy “loop” from which we can hang it.
We invite you, your family, and neighbours to come together on December 3rd between 4PM and 5PM at Knox to help us create a snow flurry. The more the merrier so please consider bringing a friend!
We know it takes a village to create a warm and loving community – each and every person is special and helps to create support and care. Without each and every one of you, our community, Knox wouldn’t be the same and wouldn’t be able to do the things we are so proud to do.
Drop by with a hand made or store bought “weatherproof” snowflake ornament to hang outside the main entrance of Knox as a part of our Blanket Knox In Love art installation. (Someone will be on hand to do the actual hanging from a ladder but you can help choose where it goes.)
The saying goes that every snowflake is an original and we can’t wait to see the variety of snowflakes that will become a part of our entryway. You will soon find some suggestions on how to create your own weatherproof snowflakes on the website, but you are also welcome to bring a purchased one or perhaps even one that used to hang on your own tree.
