On Monday, December 13th we joined with Hailey from Hails Home Bakery to bake some fantastic Christmas Cookies! She led us through the steps to make perfect chocolate dipped sugar cookies that don’t even have be refrigerated before baking! Amidst some laughs, baking stories, jokes and community Christmas spirit Hailey gave us some fantastic tips and tricks on what to take into account when baking so they turn out perfect every time. This recipe is easy for even the most beginner baker and tasty enough to temp the most experienced. Check out photos of some of what was made on Monday night or use the recipe below to make your own and we invite you to share your photos with us too. You can also visit the main page of the workshop here to find out more about Hailey and were to order some tasty treats – even if your not super local.
