Meditation:God’s love is unconditional and sacrificial. During Lent, reflect on the depth of His love shown through Jesus’ sacrifice.

Prayer: Lord, help me to fast in ways that reflect Your justice and mercy. Show me how to be a blessing to those in need. Amen.
