Synopsis: The list of adversities that people experience each day near and far are truly endless. It is within just such pain and challenges that our scripture reading takes place. It is about the hope of salvation that will follow. Jesus is calling us to attention and to believe that the blessings we receive from God will overcome our challenges. New life will be ours in God!
