      This moderately paced program is suitable for all levels.
Using a variety of props including chairs and resistance bands, participants can choose to sit or stand through various strength, balance and rhythmic exercises set to music.

Title: Nothing More-Nothing Less-Nothing Else!

Text: John 18: 33-37

Synopsis: This is the last Sunday of the church year. This is when we prepare to make New Year’s resolutions of faith with Christ. Jesus was not a king that posed a threat to Rome but was indeed a God-given king and would be forever. Jesus was the king of service and sacrifice. Do we make Christ king over our lives; nothing more-nothing less-nothing else? We can, just for the asking.

Presented by Intertidal Choral Ensemble: A dynamic choir comprised of young adult musicians possessing a passion for music.

open for attendees).

Title: Hope That leads us Forward

Text: Jeremiah 33: 14-16; Luk3 21: 25-36

Synopsis: Advent begins with hope—a light that guides us even in uncertain times. In Jeremiah’s promise of a righteous branch and Jesus’ words about the signs of the times, we find that hope is not passive; it’s the strength to move forward and trust in God’s faithfulness. This week, we’ll explore how to cultivate and hold onto hope that sustains us through every season.
